     This book will give you the chills. It will make you smile. It will challenge you. It will make you experience the presence of the Christ portrayed in the Bible upside-down, inside-out, and un-encrusted!

     Here Jesus is so painfully, rawly human that we recognise ourselves in him awakened afresh to our own natures. He is also deeply, astoundingly mysterious - so divine that there is not much difficulty with any of his claims. 

     This book will make you think. Perhaps it will free you, call you, or heal you. It may make you angry or bring you relief. 

     At the end of the day, I urge you to remember that it is a book about Jesus for you, NOT a book about things ripe for vengeance. It is not to make you rush out into the world bad-mouthing those missing out on your discoveries, but rather to allow you to draw closer to a playful, loving, extravagant & disruptive Saviour. 

     Read it slowly. Read it for yourself. Then Live.
